Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Video Production Specialist, Philadelphia, PA

  • Carry productions through from pre to post-production, including planning, shooting, editing, and delivery.
  • Assist on shoots using DVCPro and HDV recording equipment.
  • Prepare productions for distribution on DVD, as well as for web use in Windows Media and HD Quicktime formats.
  • Record presentations for screencasting using Camtasia software.
  • Assist with recording simulations of medical scenarios using an Arcadia-based DVR recording system.
  • Other production duties as needed.

Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS-FM, On-air personality, Traffic Director, Web Designer, Glassboro, NJ (September, 2004 - December, 2008)

As an on-air personality:

  • Produced a weekly music-based show centering on 60s through 90s “classic artists”.
  • Produced a weekly music-based show centering on Americana and contemporary folk music.

As Traffic Director:

  • Created weekly traffic logs and verified previous logs.
  • Managed billing information for all advertisers, distributed monthly bills, and collected and logged payments.
  • Verified carts and copy and maintained spots in an AudioVault system.

As Web Designer: 

  • Designed and maintained station homepage.
  • Designed and implemented a workflow for podcast distribution of talk shows.
  • Designed and released a Mac OS X Dashboard widget for the station stream.
  • Other duties included occasional creation of promos and station imaging and other tasks as needed.

MSNBC, Audio Post-Production Intern, Secaucus, NJ (June, 2007 - August, 2007)

Worked with the Audio Post-Production department to sound design promos for airing on MSNBC.
